The Storage yard straggles the border with 40’000 sq. foot of insulated covered storage in Southern Ireland with room to expand and 100’000 sq. ft in Northern Ireland again with room to expand with 7 acres of outside hard standing. King Storage Ltd offer both Northern and Southern Storage with a separate address and registered company for each, all in the one premises, offering an advantage to many business’s due to the implications of Brexit.

Whether you are importing or exporting to the UK mainland or the EU King Storage Ltd can offer a Southern or Northern address, this is an advantage to businesses to avoid certain customs clearance and Brexit related charges added to most goods coming in and out of the country. We believe due to Brexit there will be a lot more companies looking to relocate to the North or the South depending on where they are importing or exporting. We are securing new storage business with companies who are based in the Republic of Ireland but are now renting an address and storage space from our company in Northern Ireland. This allows companies to export their products to the UK mainland from Northern Ireland without customs clearance and at a much cheaper rate. We also have customers from Northern Ireland who are importing products from e.g. Germany and Holland and are now looking for storage in the Republic of Ireland to import their products in from the EU through Southern Ireland.
Docking Services
We have a good working relationship with Warrenpoint docks (Northern Ireland) and Greenore docks (Southern Ireland), we can facilitate with a Northern or Southern port to suit a customer’s import or export needs.

Machine & Labour Hire
King storage can supply machinery and labour hire either on a once off or long-term basis. We have loading shovels, teleporters, forklift trucks, lorries, excavators, vans, and weigh-bridges ready to hire. This equipment can be hired on its own or with a fully experienced operator at the most competitive rates. We currently hire labour and machinery into both Warrenpoint and Greenore Ports.
